Low Back Pain, Proper Lifting Ergonomics, and Exercises to Help Manage Pain
Our presenter is Jack Donegan from Strive Physical Therapy. Jack was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut. He then was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. His clinical rotation included Orthopedics, Outpatient Neurologic, and Acute Care.
To help answer any questions on the administrative side, Jack will be accompanied by

Safety Committee meetings are a member benefit and are held monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 8:30 a.m., in-person (breakfast provided) or virtually. Network with other safety peers, hear relevant guest speakers, listen and participate in roundtable discussions, get OSHA questions answered, and share best practices and experiences.
