TOPIC: Marijuana in the Workplace

In this presentation, Littler Mendelson attorney Jonathan Carrillo will discuss the current state of marijuana laws in New Jersey and their impact on employers, especially in light of the Cannabis Regulatory Enforcement Assistance and Marketplace Modernization Act, or “CREAMMA.”  We will explore what employers can and can’t do under the law, and what employers should do to better navigate this fast-changing legal landscape.
