DESCRIPTION:\nTopic:\nLow Back Pain, Proper Lifting Ergonomics, and Exercises to Help Manage Pain\n\nOur presenter is Jack Donegan from Strive Physical Therapy.  Jack was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut.  He then was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.  His clinical rotation included Orthopedics, Outpatient Neurologic, and Acute Care.\nTo help answer any questions on the administrative side, Jack will be accompanied by\nYvette Parker, Coordinator of Strive Marketing\nJamie Martin, CMO and Partner in Strive Physical Therapy\nJason Melnyk, Worker’s Comp, Functional Capacity Evaluation, and Ergonomic Training Coordinator\n You are encouraged to attend in person as proper lifting techniques and exercises may be demonstrated.\nDon’t worry if you can’t, you will be able to see it on zoom.\n\n\n\nSafety Committee meetings are a member benefit and are held monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 8:30 a.m., in-person (breakfast provided) or virtually.
