South Jersey Business, DJ Wagner HVAC, Inc. Using Resources to Raise Money for Local Women and Children in Need

Owner, Drew Wagner will match profit proceeds up to $10.000.00 for fundraiser

DJ Wagner Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. of Westville, NJ will hold its first annual charity golf outing on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Ron Jaworski’s Valleybrook Country Club, Blackwood. Owner, Drew Wagner will match profit proceeds up to $10,000.00 for this event in order to double the assistance for non-profit organization, Embrace the Children, the beneficiary chosen of this event. Mr. Wagner is an active board member of Embrace the Children. Proceeds from the event will help the group expand their outreach to women and families, and fund many projects that directly benefit disadvantaged families in New Jersey with 20 percent of the proceeds funding ongoing projects in Africa. “Everyone knows how hard it is to raise children in a two parent family. I can only imagine the struggle for single women with financial hardships. Embrace the Children supports women and their children financially and spiritually. I find it my obligation as a business owner to use my resources and contacts to support this great cause. We can improve one life at a time and make a difference,” said Mr. Wagner. DJ Wagner is one of the fastest growing companies in the HVAC industry for the past decade.

The company has a history of giving back to the community, donating many heating and air conditioning units to St. John of God School, Westville and supporting the Abilities Center of Southern NJ Inc., Westville, a provider of employment for people with disabilities and other disadvantages. Embrace the Children is a not for profit 510C(3) organization dedicated to the well being of the family by providing assistance to women and children world wide. Founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1998 with the creation of a New Jersey chapter in 2005, it reaches out through events that foster peace, unity, joy and love to the family and financially blesses projects for the family’s basic survival in the most impoverished areas of New Jersey, the United States and Africa. Registration for the golf outing begins at 8:00 AM. Raffles and a Chinese Auction will also take place at the event.
